If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have three days from the date you receive your order to submit an email claim to info@sungoddessbruja.com Claim must include description of issue, photographs, and your contact information.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

Once your claim is submitted, SunGoddessBruja reserves the rights to deny any return/refund claim.

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refunds

If eligible, you will receive a refund in the form of your original payment method within seven days of us receiving your return.

Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
